Melbourne ZEEKR Club collects your email only if you tick the consent box and submit this form. Signing up is optional. We record your email, the consent wording and date, signup source and unsubscribe status. Club administrators can access the list to manage the updates you asked for.
You can unsubscribe without logging in using the private preferences link shown after signup, or by emailing events@z-community.com. We action email opt-out requests within five working days. Every marketing email we send must also include an unsubscribe option.
The signup list is stored by our website hosting service. We may later use an email provider such as Mailchimp to deliver these updates; provider details will be added before it is connected. Website hosting and email providers may process data outside Australia. We do not sell this list or add event guests or community-group members without their separate consent.
A temporary hashed network identifier limits automated signup attempts; it expires after an hour and is cleared during later signup activity. Hosting services may also keep security logs. Unsubscribe links use a random private token, stored as a hash. We retain a minimal consent and opt-out record to avoid contacting people who have opted out. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern.
