The optional teaser signup records your email address, explicit consent wording, date and source, and unsubscribe status. Approved club administrators manage the list. No verification or marketing email is sent automatically by the form. You can opt out using your private preferences link or email events@z-community.com, the temporary contact authorised for this signup service.

Contact enquiries
The general website enquiry form is not enabled. For now, contact the admin team through the club’s Facebook or WhatsApp group. The separate spare wheel request form is described below.
When you contact an organiser through a community platform, the information you share is handled through that service. Share only what is needed for your enquiry.
Event registrations
The birthday event uses a separate registration website. Registrations, availability, waitlists, payments and booking management remain with that event app. This club website does not copy or hold guest records.
Member benefits and spare wheel enquiries
Offer enquiries take place through the community groups and the relevant organiser. Spare wheel enquiries can also be submitted through the loan request form. Loan requests store your name, email, optional phone number, requested dates, loan type and optional notes for the authorised club administrators to handle your request. The spare wheel calendar shows aggregate availability only. Approved administrators can record kit information, loan dates, borrower names, optional contact details and loan notes in a private tracker. Administrators sign in with ChatGPT; their account identifiers, names and email addresses are used to manage access. Automatic email alerts, when configured, contain a request reference and portal link rather than borrower details. Administrative changes are logged with the signed-in administrator’s identifier. Borrower details are not included in the public availability calendar. Contact the organiser to request a loan or to ask about correction or removal of your information. This website does not collect bonds or process payments.

Facebook, WhatsApp and the event website operate separately and have their own privacy arrangements. Follow a link only if you are comfortable using that service.
